At Fragrance World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure a tracked delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
